Before the day of the roof clean we will come and do an initial assessment of your roof to ensure we have all the right equipment on hand on the day of the clean.
This may include a detailed view of your roof using a drone whereby we can discuss any details necessary.
At this point we can discuss any issues or access if needed.
All of our operatives are fully trained and fully insured.
Our initial survey also helps for us to ensure the work can be carried out securely and safely on the day.
2. ROOF CLEAN & MOSS REMOVAL
We use powered acess high-tech equipment to clean your roof. This gives us an elevated position so we can fully access the whole of your roof and ensure that there is very limited footfall on your roof, if any at all.
All our operatives are fully trained and fully insured. No power is needed, we come fully equipped, there will be very little disruption to your day, you don’t even have to be in.
We deep clean your roof removing all moss, algae and lichen. The whole deep clean brings your roof back to life, restoring colour, removing all grime, literally looking like new again.

3. GUTTER CLEAN

4. ROOF INSPECTION & REPAIRS
Whilst cleaning your roof from an elevated position it gives us the opportunity to do a full roof inspection. We look for any loose or broken tiles, we check the ridge pointing, and the general condition of the roof.
We then provide you with a full inspection report of the condition of your roof and details of any repairs needed or advisory.
We can offer you a service for any repairs needed with a quote for estimated costs.
5. MAINTENANCE TREATMENT
To help prevent the regrowth of moss over the coming years we recommend to have your roof treated with an application of our algaecide treatment ‘IREVIVE’.
