Residential Roof Clean – Sheffield, Totley, S17

The owners of this house were wanting to put the property on the market to sell. It’s a grand house with extensive roof coverage. The roof needed a good clean to get rid of all the moss and lichen. The property also consisted of an external garage building with a concrete tiled roof which was overlooked by trees. We gave the house and the garage roof a thorough clean, all downpipes and gutters cleaned out afterwards. As on all jobs we remove all the mess created. A job well done because the house was sold a few days later to the first viewer!
